What to Bring
Please come to class wearing light comfortable attire you can move in easily. Tank tops, t-shirts, leggings, athletic shorts, or other exercise clothes that don’t restrict movement are best. You may want to bring a light long-sleeve shirt for slower classes (Restorative, Beginning Yoga, etc) and form-fitting tops are good during forward bends or inversions. Bare feet are encouraged for all yoga classes.
If you have your own yoga mat, please bring it to class. If you are a regular student, we encourage you to purchase your own mat, as it becomes a symbol of your practice.
Need a mat? We sell Jade Yoga Mats for $70. They are a wonderful company and the mats are comfortable, non-skid and not slippery.
We have mats you can borrow, however, we encourage you to purchase a mat if you find yourself addicted to yoga! We also offer free water and hot tea.
Most of all, come with an open mind and be ready to just breathe, relax, and have fun!
